MQL
Marketing Qualified Lead · qualified marketing lead

MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) - a lead that meets the ICP criteria and has shown interest: registered, downloaded materials, visited the site.

SQL
Sales Qualified Lead · qualified sales lead

SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) - a lead ready to talk with sales. Passed the marketing qualification and demonstrated sales readiness.

Conversion Rate
CR · conversion

Conversion Rate - the percentage of users who completed the target action. It is calculated at each step of the funnel separately.

Churn

Churn is the percentage of customers who stopped using the product during the period. The main negative metric for subscriptions.

Retention

Retention — the percentage of clients who remained active during the period. The inverse metric to churn (retention = 100% − churn).

AIDA

AIDA is a classic funnel model: Attention → Interest → Desire → Action. Skeleton for advertising texts and sales scripts.
