AI for your team.
Practical skills
for everyday work.

I'm implementing Claude Code, Antigravity and Cowork into real processes. By the end of the program, each participant has a working stack, measured baseline metrics, and a team that no longer asks “how do you use this.”

Context

The team has been hearing about AI for a year now.

Uses - two out of ten.

01 · LONELY

One enthusiast

There is one person who “tried it and liked it.” The rest do not use it - there is no common stack, there is no process for transferring experience.

02 · DUPLICATED

Everyone learns on their own

Nine people separately learning the same thing. Nine templates. Zero reuse. Zero command capability.

03 · DRIFT

A block later outdated

Claude Sonnet 4.6 → 4.7 in Q3. Antigravity is released every 2-3 weeks. Without a support system, the team falls behind by a version, then two.

3 programs

From “try with the team” to continuous capability

Each program is self-contained. The workshop can be counted towards the sprint if you decide to continue. Without blindly subscribing to retainer.

When to write not worth it

To save us both time. If you recognize the command at one of the points, discovery will give “I won’t take it,” which means a loss of 30 minutes on both sides.

  • We need “AI in general, everything”
I run three specific tools - Claude Code, Antigravity, Cowork. If you are looking for a generic AI course like “ChatGPT for business”, go to Skillbox.
  • The goal is to reduce the team
I teach people to work faster, not replace them. If AI is needed to fire half the department, it’s not for me.
  • Team < 5 people
The ROI of the workshop pays off from 5 participants. For 1-4 people it’s easier to take an hour-long consultation - write to TG, I’ll do it.
  • “Let’s move it to Q3”
AI tools will be different by Q3 2026. Putting off in this niche = relearning. Better try it quickly now.
What's on the stack

Three instruments which cover 90% of the work

Not “all 200 tools on the market.” Three through which all other tasks pass. Which of them you need is determined at discovery.

Claude Code

Anthropic terminal AI agent - works with repository, files, git

When it suits

When working most of the time in the VS Code terminal

What do I teach in a team?
  • Installation in VS Code, setting up skills and slash-commands
  • Custom subagents for repetitive tasks
  • Integration with git workflow (review, fix, refactor)
  • Hooks for automatic actions before/after commands
Audience

Developers, technical marketers, product managers with code-bias

Antigravity

Agentic IDE from Google - GA in November 2025, GCP-native

When it suits

When the team is already in the Google ecosystem (Workspace, GCP, Vertex AI)

What do I teach in a team?
  • Setup of a workspace with the Tasks system
  • Connection to Vertex AI and Gemini models
  • Parallel agents for different tasks
  • Google Workspace integration (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Audience

Teams on the Google stack, enterprise with GCP, product teams

Claude Cowork

Joint workspace for a team - common skills, projects, governance

When it suits

When you need a common stack for several people, and not “each for himself”

What do I teach in a team?
  • Deploying team workspace and role-permissions
  • Migration from individual accounts to shared workspace
  • Creating a team skill library that can be reused between employees
  • Compliance / audit trail for regulated industries
Audience

Teams of 5 people, agencies, corporate teams

Why me

Not “took a course in AI.” I work on this stack in production every day.

Used the stack in gaming, e-com, MedTech and fintech on combat projects. I don’t learn from a textbook, but from production practice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions - and honest answers

If your question is not there, come to discovery, I will answer personally. Without scripts and without “give me an email and I’ll contact you.”

How is this different from a regular AI course on Stepik / Coursera?+
Courses on platforms teach how to use a separate tool in a vacuum. I work with the team in their real tasks: setting up Claude Code for your repository, making prompt templates for your brands, integrating them into the existing workflow. By the end of the program you haven't "passed the course" but each person has a working stack that they use on Monday.
I'm not a developer. Is Claude Code right for me?+
Claude Code was originally made as a CLI tool, but in 2026 it is increasingly used by marketers, content engineers, and product managers. It has skills and slash-commands - these are packaged templates for repeating tasks. At the workshop I show how to work with it without knowledge of React and without terminal phobia.
Why is Antigravity better/worse than Claude Code?+
Antigravity is an agentic IDE from Google, released in GA in November 2025. Strengths: native integration with GCP / Vertex AI, convenient visual task interface. Weaknesses: less open-source skills and customization. Claude Code is the best for pure coding tasks and custom workflows. At the sprint, we select the optimal stack for your infrastructure - sometimes it’s a mix of both.
What is Claude Cowork and why does the team need it?+
Cowork is an Anthropic enterprise feature for team collaboration with AI: shared projects, common skills, governance of rights. Without Cowork, each team member builds their own AI-workflow, and the company does not have a “team” knowledge base. With Cowork - a common stack, reusable templates, access control.
How many people should there be on the team for this to pay off?+
The workshop pays for itself already from 5 people: the average participant frees up 6–10 hours a week on routine tasks after training. On a team of 8 people, the ROI is usually 3-5x in the first 3 months. Sprint and retainer are for teams of 10+, where not only speed is needed, but also a unified methodology.
What if AI tools are updated 3 months after training?+
They will be renewed, and greatly. Claude Sonnet 4.6 → 4.7 expected in Q3 2026, Antigravity receives updates every 2-3 weeks. Coach-retainer is just for this: I update the team on new releases, rewrite templates for new versions of models, help migrate workflows. At the workshop and sprint I provide a foundation that does not depend on a specific version.
Is it possible to teach remotely?+
Yes, all three formats work remotely. Workshop - 6–8 hours on Zoom/Telemost with practice on shared screens. Sprint - hybrid: 1-2 days in person (if possible) + remote work - everything else. Retainer - completely remotely: weekly office hours + Slack/TG channel.
How is the learning outcome measured?+
During the sprint, we set a baseline on the first day: how many hours the team spends on 5 typical tasks (writing a brief, generating creatives, reporting on a campaign, landing for a promo, responding to a tender). After 2 weeks we measure again. The usual difference is a 40–70% reduction in time on the same tasks. Then I keep these baseline tasks in a retainer document and recalculate them once a quarter.
Discovery

30 minutes - and we will understand which program is suitable. And is it suitable at all?

Without blindly subscribing to retainer. Without selling a workshop that is not needed. If the team doesn’t have processes for AI, I’ll tell you straight away and tell you what to do before coming.
