Analysis of the commercial proposal

Insert a CP from an agency or freelancer. The tool will find what's undefined, what you're paying twice for, and what promises aren't backed by anything.

Briefly

A dispute with a contractor is not born out of malice, but from wording that each side read differently. The tool looks for vagueness, promises without collateral and work that can be paid for twice in a commercial proposal, and for each finding it gives a precise question to ask before signing.

AI answers are free, but limited by the overall site limit. If the limit is reached, come back later: repeated clicks will not speed up the response.

Fill in: commercial offer text, what problem do you want to solve?

Two months later, the dispute is born in vague terms

A conflict with a contractor almost never begins with malicious intent. It begins with a phrase that both sides read in their own way: “running advertising campaigns,” “working with semantics,” “optimization.” After two months, the customer believes that half has not been done, the contractor believes that everything has been done, and both are right in their own way, because this was not included in the design proposal.

Therefore, the analysis is not looking for “deception”, but uncertainty. Every find has a precise question to ask before signing. Given in time, it is worth one message; given after, it is worth terminating.

A separate section - something that is not in the CP at all. Three things are most often missed: who owns the advertising accounts and accumulated data after termination, what exactly is considered a result and how it is measured, and what happens if there is no result. The first point is more expensive than the others: the office with the history of training algorithms, left with the contractor, resets several months of work.

What the tool intentionally doesn't do

Does not insert numbers, deadlines, benchmarks and names of companies that did not exist in your input. If the output requires a number that you did not provide, in the answer will be marked “to clarify” rather than a plausible number. This limitation is worth in the system prompt and works against the main property of language models: It’s difficult to complete what’s missing.

The request text is sent to the AI provider, and the response is returned to the browser. The site does not save these texts in the database. To limit expenses separately the number of requests and the anonymized connection identifier are taken into account. If the free limit is reached, the tool will offer to come back later.

Questions

The tool will tell me whether they are offering me expensive or cheap?
No, and this is a deliberate limitation. The price depends on the scope of work, the market, the region and the level of the team, and the model does not know any of this. A plausible figure like “this is 30% more expensive than the market” would sound convincing and would be fiction. Instead of an estimate, you will receive questions that will allow you to understand the price yourself.
Will he advise you to refuse the contractor?
No. The tool sees the document, not the person and not his work. A good agency can write a mediocre proposal, and vice versa. The task of the analysis is to bring you to the call with a ready list of questions, and the decision is yours.
What is the most important thing that is usually not included in CP?
Who owns advertising accounts and data after termination. This is rarely discussed at the start and almost always discussed at the exit, when it is too late. An account with accumulated statistics and trained algorithms is an asset, and it is worth agreeing in advance that it is yours.
