What kind of marketer do you need?
Describe the business and the task - get an analysis of what role fills it, how it differs from neighboring ones, what to write in vacancies and what questions will weed out those who cannot cope.
Half of unsuccessful hires in marketing are incorrectly named roles: two or three different ones are hidden under one vacancy. A business and task description tool identifies the required role, shows how it differs from its neighbors, what should not be expected from it, and provides interview questions with a note indicating which answer is alarming.
AI answers are free, but limited by the overall site limit. If the limit is reached, come back later: repeated clicks will not speed up the response.
Half of failed hires are due to misnamed roles.
The most common mistake when hiring for the first time in marketing: they hire a “marketer”, expecting that he will put together a strategy, set up advertising, write posts, and fix the website. Such people exist, but there are few of them, they are expensive, and they get bored with the task of setting up advertising and leave. More often than not, two or three different roles are hidden under one vacancy.
Therefore, the first section of the analysis is always about boundaries: how the desired role differs from neighboring ones that confuse. Targetologist and performance marketer, SMM specialist and content marketer, marketing manager and product marketer are pairs where a replacement costs several months.
The “what this role won’t do” section exists because an unfulfilled expectation is a more reliable hiring killer than a lack of skill. If you know in advance that the targetologist will not fix the weak offer or write positioning, you can either expand the task or not be upset in the second month.
Interview questions are written about solutions and numbers, not tools. Office proficiency is tested in five minutes of work, and the ability to explain why the campaign was stopped and what they did next is not imitated.
What the tool intentionally doesn't do
Does not insert numbers, deadlines, benchmarks and names of companies that did not exist in your input. If the output requires a number that you did not provide, in the answer will be marked “to clarify” rather than a plausible number. This limitation is worth in the system prompt and works against the main property of language models: It’s difficult to complete what’s missing.
The request text is sent to the AI provider, and the response is returned to the browser. The site does not save these texts in the database. To limit expenses separately the number of requests and the anonymized connection identifier are taken into account. If the free limit is reached, the tool will offer to come back later.
