TGStat

TGStat is tgstat.ru, a Telegram channel analytics service that has become the de facto standard for the Russian market since 2017. Any normal channel media kit contains screenshots from there: average post reach, ERR, subscriber dynamics, growth/churn.

For me, TGStat is the first tool when checking a channel before advertising. I look at three things: the dynamics of subscribers (are there any sharp jumps from cheating), the average reach of the last 30 posts and ERR. If subscribers grew evenly, but reach did not, this is a sign of old cheating or dead accounts in the database.

TGStat has free functionality - enough for a basic check. The paid version provides details on the types of reactions, data export and mention monitoring. The competitor is Telemetr.me, it is more convenient to compare channels, but TGStat is the first one that appears in the mind of any Telegram advertiser in the CIS, so it has become the standard for a media kit.

Life hack: TGStat indexes channels with 500+ subscribers; smaller ones will have to be added manually through a form on the website. If the channel is fresh and has not been added yet, you can add it yourself, it takes 1-2 days.
