Analysis of the sales funnel

Describe the steps and numbers for each. The tool will count the transitions, find the most expensive failure and tell you what to fix first and what not to touch.

Briefly

The bottleneck of the funnel is not where the percentage is lower. What matters is how much money is lost during the transition, and the cost of a person grows towards the end of the funnel. The tool counts the transitions and the cost of each stage, finds the most expensive failure and separately names the stages that should not be touched.

AI answers are free, but limited by the overall site limit. If the limit is reached, come back later: repeated clicks will not speed up the response.

Fill in: funnel stages and numbers

The bottleneck is not where the percentage is lower

A standard funnel analysis looks for the stage with the worst conversion and fixes it. This is an arithmetic error. What matters is not the percentage, but how much money is lost during the transition, and the money grows towards the end of the funnel: the closer to the deal, the more expensive each person who leaves is worth.

A simple example with numbers. The conversion from a click to an application of 2% looks worse than from an application to a deal of 20%. But if you raise the first to 2.4%, you will receive a fifth more applications; if you raise the second to 24%, you will receive a fifth more transactions, and the transaction costs tens of times more than the application. The second is almost always more profitable, although the percentage is already higher.

Therefore, the tool calculates the cost of each stage and builds a repair order based on the return in money. A separate section includes what you don’t need to touch: stages where there is almost no reserve eat up as much time as the rest.

What the tool intentionally doesn't do

Does not insert numbers, deadlines, benchmarks and names of companies that did not exist in your input. If the output requires a number that you did not provide, in the answer will be marked “to clarify” rather than a plausible number. This limitation is worth in the system prompt and works against the main property of language models: It’s difficult to complete what’s missing.

The request text is sent to the AI provider, and the response is returned to the browser. The site does not save these texts in the database. To limit expenses separately the number of requests and the anonymized connection identifier are taken into account. If the free limit is reached, the tool will offer to come back later.

Questions

How many stages do you need to specify?
At least three, otherwise there is nothing to count. The following set works well: clicks, applications, qualified applications, deals. If you have a long B2B cycle, add intermediate ones: meeting, CP, invoice. The more stages, the more accurately the location of the loss is visible.
Why doesn't the tool compare my conversion rate to the market?
Because there is no such thing as an average conversion: it depends on the niche, the channel, the deal cycle, and what you consider to be a lead. The figure “norm 3%” sounds convincing and means nothing. Industry benchmarks are located separately, in benchmarks, where their origin is indicated.
Why the “what changed during the period” field?
So as not to attribute the result of editing to the season and vice versa. If in the middle of the period the creatives were changed or there was a promotion, the funnel is glued together from two different ones, and the analysis will take this into account.
