Content plan generator

Monthly plan for a specific site and goal. With categories, topics, and an indication of what work each post does, rather than just a list of ideas.

Briefly

A list of topics is not enough: each post needs a purpose. This tool builds a monthly plan in which each post attracts an audience, builds interest, answers an objection, retains customers or supports a sale. You set the share of each content category, then choose topics to match.

AI answers are free, but limited by the overall site limit. If the limit is reached, come back later: repeated clicks will not speed up the response.

Fill in: niche and product, platform, monthly goal

A plan of topics doesn't work, a plan of tasks works

A typical content plan is a list of topics. The problem is that you can’t understand from it why the post exists, and after two weeks it turns into “I need to post something.” Therefore, here each post has a job indicated: bring a new person, warm them up, remove an objection, retain or sell.

The shares of categories are set as percentages not for beauty. When there are more than a third of selling posts, the channel begins to lose reach; when there are none at all, the channel does not pay off. Proportion is the solution, and themes can be easily selected for it.

The “what’s missing” section exists because the plan is not about ideas, but about materials. If you don’t have cases and filming, half of the standard sections are impossible to implement, and it’s better to find out about this right away, and not in the second week.

What the tool intentionally doesn't do

Does not insert numbers, deadlines, benchmarks and names of companies that did not exist in your input. If the output requires a number that you did not provide, in the answer will be marked “to clarify” rather than a plausible number. This limitation is worth in the system prompt and works against the main property of language models: It’s difficult to complete what’s missing.

The request text is sent to the AI provider, and the response is returned to the browser. The site does not save these texts in the database. To limit expenses separately the number of requests and the anonymized connection identifier are taken into account. If the free limit is reached, the tool will offer to come back later.

Questions

Why does the tool ask what I don't have?
Because a plan that you can't execute is worse than no plan. If you noted that the video will not work, there will not be a single topic in the plan that requires filming. This is more important than the variety of categories.
Is it possible to get this directly in the table?
The plan comes in Markdown with tables and can be pasted into Google Sheets or Excel. If you need a ready-made file with structure and formulas, in the templates section there are XLSX content plans: for a month, for Telegram, for VKontakte and a calendar for a year.
Will he link the topics to holidays and news events?
Not unless you provide the calendar yourself. The model does not know your industry seasonality and will easily link a post to a date that means nothing to your niche. Seasonality is calculated according to Wordstat; there is a separate article and an annual media plan for this.
